Depending on your current certification, you can cross over as an SDI Divemaster, Assistant Instructor, or Open Water Scuba Diver Instructor. It's mostly self-paced eLearning plus a short crossover seminar (in person or virtual), and in most cases there's no retesting, often done in a matter of weeks. Dive Arizona is a full SDI facility and can take you through the whole process.
