What Your GI Bill® Covers at Dive Arizona
Through Scuba Diving International's VA-approved program, eligible veterans can use GI Bill® benefits to earn:
- SDI Open Water Diver: your first certification, cleared to dive to 60 feet
- SDI Advanced Adventure Diver: unlock deeper sites and specialized skills
- SDI Rescue Diver: the course that changes how you think underwater
- SDI Divemaster: your first professional-level certification
- SDI Open Water Scuba Instructor: turn diving into a career

How It Works — Three Steps
1. Sign up for your SDI course at Dive Arizona. Register online or call us at (480) 881-4013 and we'll help you pick the right starting point based on your experience level and goals.
2. Complete your coursework and earn your certification. We offer flexible scheduling around your work and family life. No rigid class calendars, we build training around you.
3. Submit VA Form 22-0803 for reimbursement. Upload it to the VA website along with your proof of purchase and certification. That's it.
Who Is Eligible?
GI Bill® benefits are available to veterans and active service members eligible under Chapters 30, 32, 33, 35, and 1606. Before committing to a course, confirm your eligibility with your VA Regional Office or local VA Assistance Office.
