Our pool-based gear demo sessions let you actually try full face masks, DPVs (underwater scooters), sidemount, and technical setups, with our staff in the water beside you. Sessions run one to two hours and are kept small so you get real time with the gear. It's open to certified divers of any level, and there's no certification, just water time to find what works for you. Bring your own mask, fins, boots, and snorkel; wetsuits and weights are available here.

Our gear demo sessions let you try the equipment in the pool before you commit, with our staff in the water beside you. Get a real feel for a full face mask, a scooter, or a sidemount rig, ask every question, and find out what actually works for you. No pressure, just water time with the gear you're curious about.

Test-drive the gear that's hard to judge without getting wet:

Do I have to be certified to join a demo?
Demo sessions are open to certified divers of any certification level. Some gear is more relevant once you have open water experience. If you're not certified yet, give us a call at (480) 881-4013 and we'll talk through your options.
Can I try more than one piece of gear?
Yes. You can try multiple pieces of equipment in a single session, depending on availability. Let us know what you're most interested in when you book so we can have it ready.
What do I need to bring?
Bring your own mask, fins, boots, and snorkel. We'll provide the demo gear, and wetsuits and weights are available here if you need them.
Will someone help me in the water?
Absolutely. Our staff are in the water with you throughout the session to help set up the equipment, adjust the fit, and answer any questions as you go.
Do I need to book ahead?
Yes, please register in advance to hold your spot. Sessions are kept small by design so everyone gets real time with the gear. Check our calendar for dates.
