Ron has guided divers through coral reefs and around old wrecks for years, and he's just as comfortable with a first-timer as he is running someone through their pro-level courses. He stays calm in the water, keeps a close eye on safety, and has a real knack for spotting the sea creatures most people swim right past. Off the clock you'll find him fishing, traveling with his wife, or telling dive stories over tacos at his favorite stops on the road down to San Carlos, Mexico.
