Liz got into diving through Amanda. The two were close friends, and one day some dive gear ended up at the house, Liz got curious, and that curiosity turned into a certification. She spent the next few months building up dives at the lake and down in Southern California, fell for the sport hard, and a couple of years later decided she wanted to teach it. She's now an SDI and PADI instructor, and she teaches a range of courses and travels to new dive spots around the world any chance she gets.
